- Office Spaces start at $500/month. This includes your utilities, internet, as well as use of a boardroom for meetings when available. Boardroom meeting dates need to be booked. Also included is a wireless printer. Paper for printer will not be provided. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee station are available to you as well. The Wood River Business Centre is located directly across the street from the Southland Co-op, which comes in handy when you need a snack!

- The boardroom is available to rent. The room has seating for about 14 guests. If you needed to fit a few more chairs, there would be room. The facility has a projector and phone for your use. You will just need your guests, snacks and beverages! The rental rates are shown below:

- $100.00 for half a day 
- $150.00 for the whole day
